The team at Lilley Funeral Directors offered an excellent service. They were thoughtful and respectful in their approach and went above and beyond to ensure that we received the best service. From the organisational details of every aspect of my father’s death to the driving of the cars, each aspect was carried out to a high professional standard. Nothing was too much trouble whether it was dealing with the graveyard or organising an online video streaming service – they even contacted a local business successfully to ask, on our behalf, if we could use their car parking spaces for funeral attendees. Their organisation and communication was excellent. On the day of the funeral they delivered a fine service, again, going above and beyond with a gift of remembrance candles for guests. What was an emotional day for our family was made so much easier by the excellent service given by Scott, Charlotte, George, Reece, Anna and Ian. Highly recommended.
