I cannot praise Lilley Funeral Directors highly enough. I first called them when we were told mum didn’t have long, and we needed to arrange for someone to collect her when she passed. They were so compassionate and understanding when we called, and on the day she passed they did not rush us when they came to collect her, and ensured that she was treated with respect. As regards arranging her funeral, I had been dreading doing this, but Charlotte made the whole process so easy, and everything we wanted, that we knew mum would have liked was added into the arrangements. We also used the florist recommended by Charlotte, and the flowers were incredible. The whole funeral was exactly what we wanted, and the little touches from all at Lilleys made the day special.
