From start to finish Scott, Charlotte and the whole team at Lilley Funeral Directors were exceptional offering a simply flawless service.

I was steered to them by a member of my immediate family, who had already been a very satisfied customer, and I’m so glad that I chose Lilley’s to say goodbye to Mum. I went to visit a couple of other funeral directors in the local area, but Lilley’s were head and shoulders above in terms care and compassion to my mind.

The attention to detail, ability to cope with almost any request, and the overall level of service was sublime. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always on hand, day or night, to deal with any queries or concerns. I honestly can’t think of a better way, or group of people to help you out in such an emotional and complicated time. Even down to letting some of my friends and family visit Mum at the weekend out of traditional working hours they were always there to lend a hand and ease the process of saying goodbye.
