Thank you so much for the very personal and respectful way you carried out Roseanne’s funeral. Coming into our home meant that we felt more relaxed at a time when emotions are so fraught. You suggested so many helpful things such as a video link for those people that were unable to attend. You have all been kindness itself while keeping a professional and respectful attitude.
